What we do
Arc Legacy Capital Partners is an independent commercial financing broker and business advisor working with business owners across the United States. We help them organize their financing needs, prepare the information lenders expect, and connect with lenders whose criteria fit the request.
We also help owners plan: business plans and projections, market and competitive research, and marketing strategy. Sometimes that work supports a loan request. Sometimes it stands on its own.

We start by listening. Whether you’re buying a business, investing in property or planning your next stage of growth, we bring structure to the decision and explain each step along the way.
We don’t make loans and we can’t guarantee approvals. What we can do is help you put your best, most complete request in front of the right lenders.

Our financing work is led by a lending professional with more than 19 years in banking and SBA lending, including leadership roles running SBA programs and commercial loan operations at regional banks and a credit union. That experience covers SBA 7(a), 504 and Express loans, commercial real estate and construction lending, and every stage of a loan: underwriting, credit memos, documentation, closing and servicing.
That means we prepare your request the way lenders actually review it, and we can spot issues early, before a lender does.
